Welcome to Lenda Maoku Speech Therapy & Audiology. My name is Lenda Maoku, a qualified Speech Therapist and Audiologist passionate about helping children and adults communicate with confidence, connect with others, and live meaningful, empowered lives. I believe that every individual deserves to be heard, understood, and given the tools to communicate their best.

My Professional Journey

2020 Qualified Speech Therapist & Audiologist

I obtained my Bachelor of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology degree from Sefako Makgatho Health Sciences University.

2021 Community Service

I completed my community service, where I gained valuable clinical experience and strengthened my passion for serving individuals with communication and hearing needs.

2022 – Present Department of Education

I joined the Gauteng Department of Education as a Speech Therapist, where I continue supporting learners by improving their communication, learning and participation within the school environment.

2024 Founded the Practice

Driven by my passion for making communication and hearing healthcare more accessible, I established my private practice to provide evidence-based, compassionate care to children and adults.
